Peaceful Pooch helps everyday dog owners come up with realistic solutions to help improve quality of life with our furry family members.Currently located in Temple, Texas and servicing all of the greater Central Texas area! Including, but not limited to: Cedar Park, Austin, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, and Leander.My focus is on building a healthy relationship between dog and owner, while also giving you the skills and education to help manage your dog in a way that fits your lifestyle. I want to give you the knowledge and tools to help keep the peace in your home!

About the Trainer

My name is Chanelle! I've been fascinated by dog behavior and psychology my entire adolescent into adult life.I've spent years now studying various methodologies from many different trainers while building my own curriculum. I've also dedicated much of my available time to assisting various homes with their canine behavior concerns. I've raised and trained my own service dog, Oakley, who continues his education to this day. I personally believe that dog training never really ends, we just find new goals to aspire towards.While I have a lot to offer, I'm always continuing my education to better serve my clients and their canine companions. I am in the process of pursuing my CPDT-KA, not only to better my understanding of dog behavior modification, but to also confidentially meet my own high standard of dog behavioral expertise.

Whatever your needs, I'm confident that I can assist you in finding a solution that fits your lifestyle.My goal is to find the least-intrusive, minimally aversive solution for you and your dog. My methods are based in science and I believe that all dog training should be done with both the dog and handler's well being in mind. I will only use methods that are humane, fair to the well being of the animal, and safe for the dog and owner.

Disclaimer: Before we book any sessions, I must first complete either a virtual or in person consultation to evaluate your dog's needs. Virtual consultations are $30, in person consultations are $45. We will not do any training during this meeting, we will just be evaluating and discussing your dogs training needs at this time.

Service Dog Training

Service dog course material is currently under development! I do, however, offer courses to help prepare your service dog in training for their Canine Good Citizen and Public Access tests. I give quotes for service dog training on a case by case basis, as these lessons are priced on a sliding scale dependent on what the handler can afford.I can also assist in scheduling your dog an appointment with a qualified CGC & Public Access examiner to help you earn these titles.If you need some assistance with very specific criteria such as, but not limited to: heel work, item retrievals, and public access obedience, feel free to email or text me to inquire about my rates.
